Join us at the birthplace of the sport for the XTERRA Wetsuits Mission Bay Triathlon! In 1974, the first Mission Bay Triathlon was as a run-bike-swim-run event on Fiesta Island by the San Diego Track Club. This is an ON Road Triathlon.

The Manhattan Beach Hometown 10k Run was founded in 1978 by a group of local runners who wanted to have a race in town. It has always been a partnership between the City of Manhattan Beach and the Race Committee. This partnership makes keeping the race true to its original concept possible - the race is a true community event.
Be a Marine for a day! A 3-mile obstacle run featuring obstacles used only by Marine Recruits at the Marine Corps Recruit Depot. Over 60 MCRD Drill Instructors “staff” the course providing direction and encouragement for participants.
Triathlon Course
500 meter swim off of ACU-5 Camp Pendleton with an average water temperature of 68 degrees. The out and back 30K bike ride leaves ACU-5, follows Stuart Mesa Road North, and continues east to a turnaround point on Las Pulgas Road-moderate hills throughout. THE BIKE PORTION IS A CLOSED COURSE. The 5K run is a loop course through ACU-5. This run is flat and fast with a few easy inclines. Aid Stations will be located at the transition area, at the bike turnaround and every mile on the run course. Aid Stations are located at the transition area, at the bike turnaround and every mile on the run course. 7K No Beach Out of Reach Run Course (non-competitive) The 7K No Beach Out of Reach Run begins with a 2K out and back beach run then continues with the same 5K run as the Triathlon and Duathlon which is a loop course through ACU-5. This run is flat and fast on the flight deck of ACU-5. Aid Stations will be located at the end of the beach run, and every mile on the 5K run course. This is a non-competitive/non-award race. Just for FUN! Duathlon Course Duathlon begins with a 2K out and back beach run. The bike course and run course follow the same route as the triathlon. Jack & Jill's Downhill Marathon is a fast gentle downhill course on one of Washington's most scenic trails. North Bend, WA is located just 31 miles east of Seattle. Runners are bused to Hyak from North Bend. After you pass through the Snoqualmie Tunnel, you can enjoy the next 23 miles down a gradual 2000 foot net drop down the John Wayne Trail on a hard-packed, shaded dirt/gravel road. "YES" you will be able to use your finish time to qualify for Boston or chalk up a new PR. Either way, this 26.2 mile journey is breathtakingly beautiful and sure to be a favorite.

This fantastic event is made even more special by its idyllic location…Fletcher Cove at Solana Beach. Iconic Southern California at its best. The surf-entry ocean swim is supported by lifeguards and swim buddies. The bike and run courses cruise down the world famous Pacific Coast Highway. Finally, a tunnel of high-fives awaits you at the finish line - a gauntlet of excitement. This is a sprint triathlon/duathlon that will be remembered forever. The Aquabike consists of a 500m swim and a 15k bike. The Center’s Youth Housing Project Your participation helps reach out to high risk and homeless LGBT youth many of whom have been bullied, abused and rejected by their families because of their sexual orientation. The Center’s Youth Housing Project replaces fear, despair and hopelessness with understanding, support and access to educational and mental health resources.

Kickoff your Independence Day celebration with a run through the historic town of Coronado. Crown City Classic features a 12K and 5K distance with a half mile Kids Race. Why a 12K distance? Because nothing is more patriotic than running 7.4 miles on 7/4 in one of America’s most patriotic cities! On behalf of Father Joe’s Villages, we are excited to welcome you to the 34th annual San Diego International Triathlon. This race is one of the longest standing triathlons in the country and a San Diego favorite. There are two courses to choose from an International course and a Sprint course, whichever you choose you’re guaranteed a great race.
Both races take place at the Spanish landing Park located on Harbor Drive across from the San Diego International Airport. This event is competitive and scenic; fun for you, your family and your friends. We look forward to providing you a safe and challenging event. Runners who complete both the San Diego Half Marathon & the Mammoth Half Marathon will be awarded a premium San Diego - Mammoth Medal.
