​We are excited to welcome you to the 37th Annual San Diego International Triathlon. This race is one of the longest standing triathlons in the country and hopefully a favorite. There are two courses to choose from an international course and a sprint course, whichever you choose you’re guaranteed a great ride. Both races take place at the Spanish landing Park located on Harbor Drive across from the San Diego International Airport.

Human trafficking is everywhere and affects cities and towns all over the world. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, age, gender, or religion. This fast-growing global enterprise, driven by force, fraud and coercion, continues to thrive because it generates enormous profits. At times, it can be challenging to imagine a world free from human trafficking.
Human trafficking can only be stopped if a global community takes a stand and commits to DO SOMETHING. We all have a responsibility to help put an end to this crime and together we can make a difference. Let’s not only imagine a world free from human trafficking, let’s DO SOMETHING.

​The 2016 Kaiser Permanente Bolt to the Q features a course that starts outside Qualcomm Stadium and finishes on the Bolt's 50-yard line. The Chargers Kids Fun Run is also held at the stadium with the same finish line on the field. All 5K and 10K participants will receive a short sleeve Nike Dri-FIT Shirt and a commemorative finisher's medal.

City of Coronado’s Annual 4th of July Run!Monday, July 4th, 2016
​Kickoff your Independence Day celebration with a run through the historic town of Coronado. Crown City Classic features a 12K and 5K distance with a half mile Kids Race. Why a 12K distance? Because nothing is more patriotic than running 7.4 miles on 7/4 in one of America’s most patriotic cities!

This event is competitive and scenic; fun for you, your family and your friends. We look forward to providing you a safe and challenging event. The Manhattan Beach Hometown 10k Run was founded in 1978 by a group of local runners who wanted to have a race in town. It has always been a partnership between the City of Manhattan Beach and the Race Committee. This partnership makes keeping the race true to its original concept possible - the race is a true community event.

The goals [then and now] are to: (1) Start on time; (2) give lots of awards; and (3) keep advertising OFF of the t-shirts. To our knowledge the Hometown 10K is the only race in the top 100 without a major corporate sponsor.
