The 1st Annual Riverside Turkey Trot is a run/walk featuring a 15K, 5K and Mini-Trot Kids Race through the historic streets of downtown Riverside.
The Riverside Turkey Trot will take place Thanksgiving morning (Nov. 26) and is a participatory run/walk for people of all fitness levels. This family friendly event will aim to inspire families to get together, get healthy and have fun before eating a Thanksgiving feast!

Whether you want to walk the 5k or run your tail off on any of the 3 courses, everyone will have a blast this Thanksgiving and The San Diego South Bay Turkey Trot and Food Drive.

• 5K (3.1 miles) that you can walk or run, bring a stroller or try to PR your fastest 3 mile run on a fast course
• 10K (6.2 miles) a distance you can run/walk or race.  Fun, challenging and beautiful course where you won’t feel guilty for that extra helping of potatoes!
• 15K (9.3 miles). Ok runners, this one’s for you!  Have an extra helping of stuffing with gravy and all the pie you want after you finish this course.  Enjoy the combination of road, dirt, and a climb up Otay Lakes Road with a fast downhill finish.  Beautiful, fun and challenging.

The Point Loma Rotary Club Jim Krause Memorial Charity Bicycle Tour of Point Loma will benefit pancreatic cancer research at UC San Diego Moores Cancer Center and other local community projects. ​

​The Mission Inn Run is a premier event for the Riverside community and Southern California region.  The Mission Inn Run was started by community volunteers to benefit the non-profit Mission Inn Foundation, and continues to be a labor of love for the community, the Mission Inn Foundation and the Mission Inn Museum. We work with regional businesses, community service groups, schools, and over 300 volunteers to provide a family-oriented, healthy activity that showcases the historic beauty of downtown Riverside to the over 4,000 participants and an on-site audience of 12,000!

The goal of the Mission Inn Run is raise funds for the Mission Inn Foundation’s many services to the community, including our expanded education programming in the under served neighborhoods of Riverside.

The 2015 San Diego Duathlon is presented by Erdinger Non-Alcoholic. The event features a cash purse of $2000.
